Grilling & the Summertime

There's so many things about summer that I love. The weather, the food, the way our city becomes alive again. I love seeing the trees filled with beautiful green leaves, and different flowers blooming daily. Bikers take over the bike paths again, and people frequent the beaches & parks. One of the things I love most though is grilling out. Eric and I both love having big meals with friends. If you were to ask either of us to list some of the most memorable times of this summer, I bet a good handful of them would be memories of sitting around a table out on our porch, or sitting at a picnic table somewhere outside-hanging with friends and enjoying tasty food.Summer isn't over yet, but it will be before we know it. I want to be able to look at this post come winter and know that winter will eventually end and our beloved grilling season will be back again.
