Our new siphon


This year for Christmas our employers (at the coffee shop Eric & I work at, mind you) bought everyone a Japanese siphon. Siphons may not be the quickest way to brew coffee, but I think it's definitely the most beautiful way to do it. If you do it right, the coffee the siphon produces is very clean tasting, with the brighter flavors being highlighted. So now, we have a french press, a stovetop percolator, a mr. coffee drip pot, and our very own siphon. Anyone else love coffee this much, or have a favorite way to brew it?
