Eat for Equity- Aldo Leopold Center- Wisconsin

Recently I was given another chance to shoot an Eat for Equity dinner- this time at the Aldo Leopold Center in Monona, Wisconsin. These dinners are such a labor of love, done with the help and talent of people in the community who are willing to donate their time, effort, and talents into putting on an amazing dinner in order to raise money for local organizations.This month's dinner took place at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center, and the proceeds from it went to the center's Summer Camp Fund for Disadvantaged Youth and the Campfire Fund For Homeless Youth, funds that subsidizes or cover the cost of attending nature education programs. The dinner entailed four courses, each one involving honey in some way, as this month's theme was "Land of Milk and Honey". The volunteers start prepping things sometimes starting days before the event, and every course is absolutely delicious.So glad to have been able to capture a bit of this dinner.
