A few days ago I had a huge hankering for blueberry muffins. I searched a few of my trusty blog and cookbooks before deciding on this one from Kamran over at The Sophisticated Gourmet. They were just as the title describes them- perfect. I changed the recipe slightly, just because of what I had, and they still came out great. I reduced the sugar from 100 to 70 grams- and actually used half honey & half sugar, and also I used part yogurt and part sour cream. This is one of those recipes I will make again, and probably soon.

It’s been unseasonably warm here as of late, so we’ve been doing our best to be outside this week. We opened our windows for a full two days, and the house has that wonderful spring freshness I just love.
Happy weekend to you, I hope this strange weather is treating you kindly as well.
Such beautiful photos. I especially love the chicken by the wall and the child holding the eggs.
You have such a great kitchen for your photography. I have the same bowl!
Ooo! So much to love in this post.
First, I adore The Sophisticated Gourmet. Just made his roasted chicken last week.
